Hello, I’m Stacey J. Richards, the founder of BuildWorks Custom Homes. With a passion for creating homes that reflect the unique stories of my clients, I’ve dedicated the last 15 years to the art of custom home building. My journey into construction started as a teenager, inspired by my father, who built our family home with his own hands. That experience ignited a lifelong love for building, leading me to earn a degree in Construction Management and eventually start my own company.
